Each month my Verizon bill shows the exact number of minutes used for call and the exact number of texts. Each month I only use approximately .3 Mb of data. Instead of showing the exact Mb I use, Verizon always shows 1.00000 Gb. Anyone have a clue why Verizon does this? It just seems fishy to me.

Thanks for reaching out to us Jim_mac4696. I can understand the importance of wanting the exact amount of data used each month listed on your bill correctly. On your bill are you close to 1gb each month of data? When you check your usage via #Data, do you see a data amount close to 1gb? We can check your bill and usage on your account.

If you go to your account online and type Account Analysis in the search field you can select Data at the top right and switch to MB is you like. This will also show the last 6 months and an average usage for your whole account.
