I am sick over Verizon not receiving my Verizon Edge phone!! I went to two stores to turn it in and they wouldn't take it , I got a return envelope and sent it back on October 13,2014 and they have not gotten it . I am SICK over this , what kind of games are they playing , I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and now they are messing with me. I maybe switching companies if they make me pay !! It's a shame cause I am happy with the cell coverage.
