Power went out today.
My verizon phones (3) and tablets (2) were useless.
I have Verizon 5G start.
I could not even sent a simple "test" text to anyone in my house using my Verizon Devices.
I also happen to have a Spectrum Wireless phone that I pay 15 bucks a month for. It supposedly runs on the Verizon network towers, and gets low priority like Verizon Start.
The Spectrum phone was fine. We browsing, anything I wanted.
I could not load a google search page with my Verizon devices.
Dead to the world, and yet the subaccounts like Spectrum work fine.
I feel like I was ripped off with Verizon Start. 4g? How about no service?

Maybe it's not Verizon Go, whatever it is, it's non-existent service.
Might as well switch all phones to Spectrum, as least Verizon gives Spectrum customer network priority.

How does your service normally work in this area when not on Wi-Fi? What are the zip code and nearest cross streets to where this happened?
