I am preparing to leave Verizon after 10-years with them. After 4 weeks of trying to resolve an issue which an agent identified the resolution early in the series of events, to date, nothing has happened. Correction, something did happen; they are trying to charge me money for a mistake on their end. Where is the "service" in their customer service department?
Why don't you file a notice of dispute?
