Verizon Jetpack MiFi 5510L Recent Connection Issue

I take my Verizon MiFi 5510L with me on business and use it to connect to the internet. I've never had a problem with it until yesterday. When my device tried to connect to it I received the following message:

"Some information changed since the last time you connected. We need additional information to complete the connection."

I entered my password which had worked before (and earlier in the day yesterday) but I received the same message as above. My computer has no trouble logging on to secure WiFi connections.

My question is:

1. What information changed since the last time I connected?

2. What is the additional information needed to complete the connection?

Any help would be appreciated

Being able to connect to your jetpak is super important. Let's take a closer look here at what is occurring. Do you recall anything changing on your computer (software update, new things downloaded)? Are you able to connect other devies to the jetpak (cell phone, tablet, etc)?
