It stinks that verizon has gone in this direction I was a long time loyal customer. I got a lot of friends and family to switch from us cellular to Verizon , now i will be a loyal sprint customer it looks like. I pay for three other family members phones , and now we will have to change. We cant get any help from customer service so we will go where we can get some.In four months ,SPRINT will have seven new costomers.

Is there something that the community can help you with? Possibly a problem that you have? Is there a reason you just came on this peer to peer forum just to tell us that you will be leaving?

It is interesting you state that "Verizon poorly manages upgrade process" yet fail to explain how it was poorly managed.
I can only hope your gave more information to the people you are taking with you and they are not following blindly without actually understanding the problem you had. Otherwise, the same thing may happen with the next provider.
Good luck with your new provider.

You have posted this in numerous forum threads. Because you could not get a broken phone replaced for less than $50 and Verizon wanted to charge you more for something you caused.
Sprint is not going to be jumping through hoops after they help you leave Verizon. They are not going to sell you a cheaper phone if you destroy it and are not elligable for an update. They are going to sell you a new or refurbished phone and you will be wanting to leave them.
As I said yesterday Sprint is going to charge you loads more money just for your primary phone, and don't be too happy to leave since now by your own post you have 6 more lines to purchase, and 6 activation fees, plus your own is 7. And 7 plans or share plans. For a few dollars with verizon you will spend quite a lot more at Sprint.
Sprint does not have the coverage Verizon has, in fact none of the rest do. They can claim the largest 4G or Fastest 4G but its not true. Verizon has the largest coverage, the proven fastest 4G so have Sprint prove their claims.
Grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence.
Good Luck

Good for them because in the last quarter they lost 500,000. So they need all they can get. Have fun on a sinking ship. Enjoy the non 4G speeds.
