Anyone else experiencing major delays by Verizon Wireless today in getting their existing VZW phone number ported to another carrier? We're over 8 hrs now and still no port of my phone number to Spectrum. My wife's phone number ported immediately to Spectrum Mobile but my number hasn't yet ported, however we switched carriers in the Spectrum store at the same time. And yes, the Spectrum rep requested the port correctly with all the right info.
What's up with this Verizon????? This is the holidays and your lousy service has ruined a nice gift and wasted half of my Sunday afternoon in the Spectrum store on hold with the VZ call center instead of in front the TV watching NFL football with the family.
Any clue when the port is going to occur? Should have been instantaneous!
