Verizon Sales Chat

On Friday Nov 16, I ordered two iPhones and an iPad over Verizons Sales Chat service. I was very clear about the products I wanted and the original sales person, Alexis, was very pleasant and helpful.

Through emails received after placing my order, I realized the order was not placed correctly and one iPhone and the iPad were the incorrect model. Due to the nature of my job I jumped back on the chat service to attempt to have the problem fixed. The following screen shots are the result. As you will see Verizon allowed me to order products and took payment via their chat service but was unable to fix their mistake using the same method. Since they do not have an email for Customer Service listed anywhere online, I am posting this information here in hopes that I will not have to take a day off work to get this taken care of.
