Over the past six months, my phone calls started dropping, and when my calls did get through, the other person could not hear me, but I could hear them. I have had Verizon Wireless for more than ten years in Tuxedo, New York, and never had problems.
Someone suggested it was my phone, which was only three years old. I upgraded my phone last month, and the problem is the same and is getting worse.
I am annoyed that I traded my old phone and am now stuck with this service for three more years. I called more than ten times, and no one did anything. They had me try a million things with the phone, but it is the service because it works fine when I am not at home.
