I earned a travel pass thru verizon up on Feb 29th 2020. A lot of good that did me. Covid hit immediately there after and travel has been all but impossible. Verizon extended the pass once on there own due to the situation which actually kind of impressed me, but refuses to extend it again while covid continues to surge. It's shameless and I wanted to get this out there. Mine will be expiring tomorrow. It's not a lot of $$ but it's so frustrating that they bait you with these promotions and offers and then make them very difficult to redeem. Yea Verizon for nothing.
