I have a ultra 21 not receiving messages and I had them to put in order on the 14th to have a cleaner send to me which they never shipped and now they have me losing 1000 dolllars from work because I will be taken off the schedule because of there messed up i now off of schedule from work. They don’t care is all they said. Also will not lift a finger to help me todays with a phone. I would not recommend this crapping phone service. If you want a better service go to ATT or t mobile.
