***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I have a ultra 21 not receiving messages and I had them to put in order on the 14th to have a cleaner send to me which they never shipped and now they have me losing 1000 dolllars from work because I will be taken off the schedule because of there messed up i now off of schedule from work. They don’t care is all they said.  Also will not lift a finger to help me todays with a phone. I would not recommend this crapping phone service. If you want a better service go to ATT or t mobile.
