I went to an authorized dealer thinking it was a Verizon store as it said Verizon on the store in big letters. They made us pay off my phone even tho we were only upgrading my fiences phone, which negated the buy one free option we had bought our original phones with. So we are out $400 and Verizon has said that they aren't responsible for their authorized dealers. We did get $100 back from the authorized dealer Cellular sales and $100 credit from Verizon. But that's only half, I haven't missed a payment since I moved to Verizon and th8s is making me think if switching.
Update 5/3/2022 verizon has said that they don't care and it's not their problem. Cellular sales also doesn't care that their employee ripped us off.
