I’ve tried communicating with Verizon support on this issue with no avail. It makes no sense how if the market rate per line is $35/line and you’re capable of charging that for accounts with multiple lines, but can’t honor that price with smaller accounts. Big company taking advantage of small families.
You’re purely and simply discriminating against my family based on the number of available members. Electric companies charge based on usage, not discounted by the number of residents under the account. Gas stations don’t charge you less per gallon because you have 4 people in the car vs filling up alone. It’s a set market rate that everyone pays per service amount used. Same goes for gas provided to a house or any other utility besides thIs unethical wireless provider.
You expect people to fall in line and overpay for limited usage. Your company is built on lies. Remember the days when you charged based on data because the excessive data usage clogged the network. Now here we are saying 4 lines should use 4 lines worth of data, calls, and texts, for roughly the same price as 2?
Let’s be real here, you’re a company that makes money based on the number of customers you have, since the service is unlimited in most cases. So every customer should count the same whether it’s 5 customers on an account or one customer. Yet you’ve drawn this imaginary line that discriminates the price based on the number of customers on one account instead of treating every customer the same.
Solid business ethics. Guess Verizon believes every utility should start asking questions on the number of residents for the service address and adjust the bill accordingly.
I don’t have a T mobile plan? So why would I post it to T Mobile? Why do you respond to every post defending Verizon? Paid to respond?
Defending Verizon hahaha, not even close. Can't stand the website and the app isn't much better. Also call out shady practices all the time.
What I'm doing is letting you know your rant had little research done. The reality is all the carriers charge different based on line count for unlimited, it's not something that's uniquely a Verizon thing. Only mentioned a T-mobile plan because that's the most common thing people get reactionary over regarding price. It's all the same with different logos.
