Customer service has tanked. Rating would be about a solid 2-2.5 at best.
Used to be about 8-9.
Been with them for over 20 years.
That is about to change.
HINT: NO, I do NOT want to deal with a "virtual" assistant!!! I want to speak to a live person.
Figure it out Verizon.

Sounds right.
Verizon website never works. Chat support is useless. Phone support takes hours, tries the same stuff chat support does before escalating, which takes hours.
Expect it to take days of frustration to accomplish the most simple of tasks.
I recommend switching to TMobile.
