How do I get in contact with someone that can actually resolve my problem with dropped calls and slow speeds? I'm tired of going through agents that do the very same thing that the other agents did. I'm guessing everyone at verizon is insane by definition. Way to go after spending over $200 for service!
If you can't get support need at customer service tec support. Head over to your nearest Verizon authorized dealer with your device explaining your issue. Over the years i've had issues with devices/tablets.. ect. When I couldn't get the issue addressed over the phone, in store addressed my issue. Be sure the store you visit is a Verizon authorized dealer.
