I have tried over and over and over to get someone to correct my bill. Been off for a couple months now and they do not care, won't listen or follow up. Just want more money. Will be telling everyone not to come to Verizon for anything! Horrible customer service!!!
I couldn't agree more. Literally hours on hold. Zero promotions to reward customer loyalty. An order was placed for a phone on my account...and I did not place it! Several chats and calls to cancel order. Even a reference number confirming cancellation. Oh and look - I received confirmation that the device is shipping. What's even more messed up is that some of their own representatives - both on the phone and in person - said they don't blame us for leaving Verizon. (Which we will promptly do once all of this clears up...or will it ever?) Feeling your pain. Such a shame.
So sorry to hear about the concerns over an order you didn't place, hold times, promotions for existing customers. We want the best for you. You have a number of concerns here and we want to make sure that each is addressed as we would never want you to leave. When an order is placed, we put a request in to have the order returned to the warehouse which is why you would still get a shipping notice. What make/model of phone were you looking for?
