I used to be a Verizon employee and my account was under the Verizon employee phone program getting my services discounted. After parting ways with the company, I added my sister's line (who still works for Verizon) to continue getting the discount. The OST for ELEU discounts and the FAQ page on my Verizon states that the account is eligible as long as the Verizon employee does not have another account where the discount is being applied and as long as she is an account manager. we have done our due diligence and complied with the process since JANUARY. It is extremely disappointing that no supervisor, manager, operations manager, HR, or no one has been able to resolve this issue. We keep getting the run around over and over again.
