Verizon is out for the second time in 24 hours in Grand Canyon area. Each time, it has been out multiple hours - it is now 3 am and has been down since at least 9:30 P.M. that I am aware. Previously, it was down from @ 5 AM -9:30 AM. Each time, customer service is closed.
Why such limited hours on your customer service? And why do so many people need to complain to get a ticket opened? Why won't Verizon admit their equipment is faulty and not make the customer go through hoops to get a ticket opened?
As there is very limited wifi access in this area, I am very dependent on my phone. I have a 79 year old mother who just had a mini-stroke and is in rehabilitative care. I need to know if there is an emergency!
If I had a choice other than Verizon, I would have been gone a long time ago.
