Don't post much, but I'm about to rant. Not too long ago i Decided It was past time for a new phone. Went to the Verizon store at Alcoa told them I needed a new phone. Just so u know I was out of my contract. Guy comes back says u can have this phone for 350.00 something plus a cover and a case.. signed the tablet and walked out the door.
Well this [removed] decided to sign me up for a new contract. It made my bill go up $30.00 a month for 2 years. Customer service stated that since they cut me a deal on my phone, my bill has to go up..This makes $30.00×24=$720.00 plus the 350.00 something I paid for the phone. Making what would normally be a 400.00 phone cost 1100.00.. This us a [removed] scam #verizonwireless is [removed] people left and right. Beware of [removed] phone company tactics. Please post this and share everywhere u can.
