I'm in Alaska and for over a week now our two phones cannot call out. We can receive calls and send and receive texts. After chatting with Tier 2, and after having service here for over 8 years, I was told that "The engineers have determined your area [my town] as less than optimal." What happens with the phones under contract that I can no longer use?

Ensuring our customers have service is a top priority. We'd help explore specific options with the customer to help them get connected again, such as Wifi Calling or Network Extender if available. Further solutions tend to be on a case-by-case basis.
