I was on the phone waiting for the representative to return with more information on my inquiry and during the wait a statement from Verizon said over the phone they were closed and to call during our normal business hours and my call was dropped. I had already been waiting for almost an hour to speak with someone. This is very cruddy service! Verizon service has been declining and it is probably time to move to a new carrier.
