Phone number has been transferred from AT&T and I can call out but no incoming calls are being received and phones do not ring? Are they compatible?
Sounds like the port has been completed fully. Call the Verizon Wireless Port Center to check the status of the port.

We would be happy to look into that with you. Is this device connected to a Wireless account with cellphones, or is it through home solutions such Verizon Fios?
