Is there a way to request a signal study or service investigation?
The service throughout 02163, and I can be more specific via message, is incredibly weak and unreliable despite being in a very urban area. I’m not inside or between particularly tall buildings. Most of the area is flat space and a max building height of 4-6 floors.
Where can I report this beyond the customer service line?
That’s a heavily populated area, so you’re sharing with a lot of people. Not a surprise. Most urban locations have this problem.
I don’t yet know if Verizon has an Applike At&t to map coverage issues.
