Samsung S7 - Android 8.0.0
My voicemail was reset when I changed our plan with Verizon. I did not change phone number, sim card or phones. Visual Voicemail initially stopped working or checking VM, but I could still see old messages. I set up my VM again and cleared the cache and restarted the phone. Now i no longer says Visual Voicemail and only prompts me to "CALL VOICEMAIL". It also does not give me an option to see my saved VM, but I know where they are in the phone files. I was going to reload or check for update, but it does not appear this app is on the play store any longer. Any ideas?
