I've tried using both sets of instructions posted online and neither work. Also, there seems to be no option to delete a message, only archive it. What are the full set of commands and how can I delete (not archive) a message? And finally, is there any way to receive notification of a voicemail? I can't seem to find that feature anywhere.
Are you using visual voicemail or the Basic non-visual voicemail? Do you have an iPhone or a different model of phone?
