I have been trying to pay off my phone and upgrade it for 3 days now! I was on the phone with customer service for 2 hours yesterday till they sent me to a sales rep that couldn't even fix the problem right then so he said he will call me the next day well the day came and went and no call i even tried calling 3 times and sent a text just for no reply! So today i called the same sales rep yet again and he replies with a test saying he will call me back ..finally i receive his call to yet again find out there is no solution right then! Again he says he will call me back in an hour and AGAIN no call received!! I've officially given up!

I find filing a report with the better business bureau gets you in touch with a higher level of service reps
