Waiting on Promo Credit since JULY

We sent 2 phones in to VZ after being told there was a promo for $800/phone. We were told it can take 2 billing cycles and we sent a 3rd in September. I have been emailing a rep we were dealing with over the last year and called multiple times and STILL do not have ANY of the credits promised. Just spent 1 hour 25 minutes on the phone today, was passed to 3 different reps who couldn't help and was finally left on hold.
