We have been loyal Verizon customers for about six years and need someone to investigate the amount of stress we have been put through by them in the last two or three weeks!HELP!Who do we go to?

Customer service 1-800-922-0204 or *611 or use the "Contact Us" link at the top of the website to find the other options available.
What situation? You don't describe the situation well enough to give you a more specific department of the customer service.
