My situation is customer service will not help me .Although I have been credited a total of $156.80 for screw ups but have had so many that I want to contact someone about why I have to do so much work to keep my bill honest! It's not right! There is simply too much messed up going on to explain in one post so please let me know who else I can contact about this! Unless you don't know either.

I can see this is a waste of time. My situation or my problem is I need to go above customer service's head because they cannot help me with the numerous problems. So my problem is I have had multiple problems so I want to contact a department that deals with someone who has had MULTIPLE PROBLEMS. It is not actually about what kind, but about how many problems I have had. I was just wondering if any of you knew of a higher up than customer service itself? If not, I understand because nobody else seems to either. Thankyou

No, I understood the question, but as I mentioned earlier, I couldn't care less whether you solve your problem(s) or not. I'm a customer that voluntarily comes here to help. It's no wonder you haven't gotten very far looking for help. Why would anyone want to help someone with your attitude?
