I live in Salt Lake City and if I drive about a half mile any direction from my house I get a great 4g LTE signal. But for whatever reason, it drops off in my neighborhood (like a 4g LTE dead zone). It's gotten worse the past few months and now my phone (Samsung Galaxy Nexus) constantly switches from 3g to 4g (and occasionally struggle to even get 1x) making it useless for apps unless I'm on wifi. Besides paying for something to boost signal strength, isn't there a way to report these problems? It's frustrating to get a better 4g LTE signal in remote areas of Utah than at my house near down town Salt Lake City.
