Why is there such poor coverage in parts of the 21210 zip code? At the place I work, coverage is essentially non-existent - you can't get a text or make a call unless you stand in certain spots, and even then coverage is weak and sporadic. It is a running joke on campus that the only phones that work are on the ATT network - so that's a lot of faculty, parents and kids who cannot use their phones. Is there something that can be done to improve the network there?

We prefer you have service everywhere you go! While we have vast coverage throughout the U.S. there are still places where coverage can be challenging. I do show coverage in most of the 21210 zipcode. Let's see what we can do to improve that connection to our network. You wrote that other people on campus are having trouble. Seems like you are referencing a college campus. Is that right? Which campus are you on? Is the trouble indoors, outdoors or both? What model phone do you have?
