On the desktop 'My Verizon' home page, and 'some' other pages there is a 'Feedback' button on the right border of the page. You might submit your comment there although not sure how much attention it gets. You could also use the 'Chat' button to see if an agent can relay the info to the right department or point you to them. It does make us wonder about the abilities of those building those pages. You would think a 'spell-check' would be employed.
