my billing cycle is Oct. 5 - Nov 5th. this year

and my bill is due Nov 29th 2016.

Is this for the month of Oct. or Nov ????

A bill due on Nov 29th is for the billing cycle between November 6th to December 5th and for any overages you incurred in the previous billing cycle.
