Over a decade with Verizon and the two places where I spend the most time, I have no cell service. My home and my office. I'm lucky if I get one bar. Calls are garbled and dropping. Why have a cell phone? Sitting in my living room it says "No Service" at the top or it says 1X. Verizon is going through changes, but they are not alerting their subscribers.
what phone are you using?
I have the iphone 6+. I get full bars in other areas so I know it's not the phone, but just my home and office I'm down to zero service all of the sudden out of the blue for the past few months. Everyone in my household. .
maybe time to find a new carrier
