What is b2e so vision empl on my bill?

Bill to Employee is what I have seen this reference most times.  It's like a business to employee bill where perhaps you pay your account through a companies account where you receive discounts through the employer and any device you get through them is charged to your bill.  I have also seen this in fraud-type cases.  A call to Verizon as the account owner should clear up the hard-to-understand abbreviations.
