my data speed has gone to 1x since july3,ive been told 2 times it will be fixed shortly,once a month ago and once two weeks ago its still 1x,is anyone else having this prob.middlebrook,va.area

What's the zip code where you are located? Have you checked if anyone else in your area is experiencing the same issue? What is the make and model of your phone? Is this happening at all times?
