What should I do if I never received trade in e-gift card??

I sent an Apple iPhone XS 256GB for trade in. Was accepted and promised a e-gift card. Never received it. That was on 9/16. I have submission ID and everything.

I checked that. It says my gift card was issued. I never received it in my email.
