I want to know what type of company Verizon wireless is when they do NOTHING to better customers that have service. When a customer has to continue to call about a situation and it never gets resolved there's something wrong with your business. When a business wants to add credits to a person's bill over and over that's a big red flag right there. Why would you want to continue to credit your customers instead of resolving the problem?
