Anyone else get a $20 gift card for paying an insane amount for 10 yrs just to have good service.. surprised I got one but almost insulted... how about a free upgrade or a b1g1 .  Or a 50% off on a phone... disappointment Screenshot_20180907-184454_My Verizon.jpg

Yet another reason why I am not signing up for that rewards program. This year would have been 15 years on my current number and would have been the same account if it weren't for the whole Verizon/Alltel merger.

So you overpay for service so 10 years later you can get a 50% off a phone? Switch to a cheaper carrier. You didn't have to get anything. I've been with Verizon since 2006 haven't gotten jack. But I don't expect anything special. But that's me I'm not entitled.
