I am on the "new verizon plan" but I have not received any text notification about getting 15gb of additional data nor have I seen it credited to my account. When should I expect to see this added to my data allowance?

The extra data will not be reflective on your account, however you will not be charged for any overage before you have used up your plan data and the 15GB. For example, if you are on the 8GB plan, you will have 23GB of data before any overages.
