I keep getting spam texts and spam calls and charges for data. I have never used data on my flip phone. This has been going on for at least two months. Did they have a change in management in January? Nobody answer phone calls and only bots answer chats
I'm sorry to hear you are receiving these messages and calls, Thom9. I know how frustrating this can be. I want to look into this further and put an end to these calls. Let's get some additional information. What do the spam messages say when you receive them? Also, are these calls and messages coming from multiple numbers?
