They should give you a follow-up call in a few days with the results of the request, you could also view your account online to see if your plan/features were changed back.

It just changed again for the 2nd time in 5 days haha. Went from unlimited to 0.5GB now says 6GB. The support member said I could check online somewhere with the number she gave me. But i cant seem to locate anywhere to enter the number.

Not really sure. They seem to believe it was a mistake. I set up device payment for a new note 7, so it shouldnt change my plan as im paying full price for the phone. But as soon as i activated it i started getting notices for data overage charges.

Good luck to you. I'm sure you stomach sank when you saw it wasn't there. I agree, getting device payment on note 7, as long as you got the $20 price increase on unlimited should allow you to keep unlimited. If you didn't get the $20 update, you may not have been eligible for for DPP.
