I experience call drops at fee lane and the bypass(45) in bloomington, IN every day. Multiple phones have that issue, multiple lines
If you haven't already I would contact Tech Support, they should be able to put in a trouble ticket for that area if it hasn't already been reported. If you've already tried tech support and gotten nowhere...then I'm out of ideas 😕
Reporting service issues can be done in many ways Justin. Calling *611 on your Verizon Wireless phone is one way, you can also call 800-922-0204 from any phone. I can also take a closer look at the area in question, and explore ways to resolve. What is the ZIP code for that particular location? When was the last time that you were able to have a call without any issues in that location?
