I traded in my old iPhone 5 at the end of June and still haven't received my gift card. I have unfortunately deleted the email containing my submission ID but I do have the packing slip that came with the trade in box and the USPS tracking number. Can anyone help me?
Finding out the status of your device recycle is important, rachel_m. Your submission ID is necessary to check the status of the trade in online. It's possible that additional options for search are available by calling the Device Recycling support center at 800-416-8894. They are available from 7am-2am EST today.
