Who do I talk to about decline in coverage in our neighborhood?

In the past few months I have seen a decline in coverage and unable to use my phone the second I drive into the neighborhood and enter the house. I was sick and worked from home. I had to get into my car and drive to neighborhood across the street. Not happy!!

Our neighbors also agree service has declined recently. It used to be great!

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline to report the issues and to open a trouble ticket.
