Who has authorization to adjust my bill

So after talking to about 15 different reps and some who claim to be management iv gotten no where and still without service. We have had service with Verizon for about 9 years and there costumer service has went to garbage ! By the end of every call I’m eventually told they don’t have the authority to credit my account. Well who the heck does ? We are business owners and no phone is a big deal !

What do you mean “no phone”? Have you paid the full bill? If you are in dispute on an item, you still must pay your full bill till it’s resolved.
