A message is never left, and when I call the number back. Its an automated service. A few months ago I was getting messages saying my service would be turned off even though I have auto pay set up and my bill was paid. I've been a Verizon customer since the 90's and really don't want to discontinue my service, but recently it's been one problem after another!

I would suggest adding your phone number, email address etc to the National Do Not Call List.
This will make it illegal for any company to call you UNLESS you have given them permission or its a company you did or have done business with.
