We recently added two lines to our account and I upgraded my phone and purchased a new phone. Part of the deal was I was to trade in my current phone. They have applied the trade in to the new lines, and there was never to be any trade on the new line. Now they have charged me 199 fee because they say phone was never returned, I have e-mails confirming receipt of phone. How do I get this corrected. And to top it off someone investigated and said it was currently applied to the new line. Do you not listen.
