Why am I now experiencing a weak 5G and LTE signal?

I am having a problem with basically false advertising from Verizon with their 5G area. I live in 33160 zip code, North Miami and They advertise 5G home service here. There is no 5G signal on my street at ground level. If I climb to the top of a 5 story building, there's a week signal. But at street level at my apartment even outside there is no 5g on my S22 ultra phone.

 I have gone to a store and complained I can't get a technician to come to the house to check the signal but I am telling you that there is no 5G service and Verizon advertises it.

We need some recourse
